    • ① Open the washer door and remove all laundry.
    • ② Pour warm water (50-60ºC) into the drum, close the door and wait 1 to 2 hours for the drain pump to thaw.
    • ③ Open the access cover on the lower side of the washer. Remove the cap from the drain tube, drain any water and securely close the cap. If no water comes out, ice may not have fully melted so please wait a little longer and try again.
    • ④ Turn on the washer and perform a [Rinse x1] cycle to check it operates without issues.
    • ⑤ If the error code [IE] (Water Inlet Error) appears on the display and the drum does not fill, follow the below steps to thaw the inlet hose.
    • ① Separate the inlet hoses from the washer. Open the taps to test if water flows from the taps.
    • ② If there is no water from the taps, wet a cloth with hot water and leave it wrapped around the taps for five minutes.
    • ③Thaw the inlet hoses in warm water (below 50ºC). Once they have thawed, connect them to the washer again.
