Error Code HE

A water-heating fault was detected. On a LG Dishwasher, code HE points to the heating element.

HE error is a result of a temporary heater error. On a LG Washing Machine, code HE points to the thermistor.

The heater temperature-detection circuit is faulty. On a Samsung Dishwasher, code HE points to the temperature sensor.

This means that the dryer is getting too hot. The most common cause is a clogged lint screen or vent system trapping heat in the dryer. On a Samsung Dryer, code hE points to the power supply.

Water Temperature Errors: The water being supplied to the washer is the wrong temperature, or extremely hot. Make sure the supply hoses are attached correctly - red to the hot tap and blue to the cold tap. On a Samsung Washing Machine, code HE points to the inlet valve.
