Error Code 2E

This code appears when something is abnormal with the voltage being supplied to the dryer. If you get this error, check that the dryer is on its own circuit and not using an extension cord. On a Samsung Dryer, code 2E points to the power supply.

There is an irregularity in the electrical current being supplied to the washer. A PF (Power Failure) Error will also occur if the power went out before the washer powered itself off (such as an outage), the washer getting unplugged, or if the circuit breaker trips. On a Samsung Washing Machine, code 2E points to the drive motor.
